Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

Handler subscriptions are non-refundable. All payments — including monthly and annual plans — are final at the time of purchase or renewal. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling disables auto-renewal — it does not end your current billing period immediately.

3. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, you keep full access to Handler Pro features until the end of your current paid period (the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the year for annual plans). After that date, your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry the charge a few times before your subscription lapses. You'll receive email notifications during this period with instructions for updating your payment method.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.
