Handler is an AI-powered dog training platform that provides personalized training plans, guided sessions, progress tracking, and coaching. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations tailored to your dog's needs. Handler is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or certified animal behaviorist consultation.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your dog's safety and well-being during training sessions. Training recommendations provided by Handler are generated by AI and should be applied with your own judgment. Always prioritize your dog's physical and emotional comfort, and consult a veterinarian or professional trainer if you have concerns about your dog's behavior or health.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Handler and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit (such as dog profiles and training notes) remains yours, but you grant Handler a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harm or promote harm to animals
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Automate, script, or otherwise access the Service through any means other than the official Handler interfaces (web app and approved Handler clients)
• Resell, repackage, or relay AI coaching responses or any other Service output to third parties, or use the Service as a backend for another product
• Exceed the fair-use thresholds set per tier through sustained or scripted activity. Hitting the daily rate-limit ceiling repeatedly is treated as a signal of automated use and may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Handler does not guarantee that AI-generated training recommendations will be suitable for every dog or situation. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Handler has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
